Default T-Shirts & other stuff

Okay, this is a miniature sort of poll to see who would be interested in buying a t-shirt from this store:

http://www.spreadshirt.com/shop.php?sid=34387

PLEASE don't buy anything yet. I don't know if the quality is any good or not. This is basically a really quick fix up to see what online prnting services are up to scratch. If you guys know of any services that you think are good please feel free to post here. Cafepress is also good, except for the fact that they don't do PayPal payments and everything other than PayPal on the internet is a of work.

Prices are reasonable for the brands used. Also, shipping is reasonable. It appears that they use commercial "iron-On" transfers - common, but don't last forever. Certainly they'll last until the X6!

Yeah, I am thinking of making some vector graphic designs instead of digital print so that we get higher quality. Takes more time though obviously.

It takes less time in a vector program than in a bit map program. Fonts are vector - natural relationship. CorelDraw is as powerful as the big name Adobe Illustrator and considerably cheaper. And contains significantly more stuff.

Here is a freeware vector program. Runs on Java.

Clunky and not real flexible. But it gets the job done. Both AI and CD are much easier and quicker. Biggest neg is that the file format is unique and has no other format save options. I did a little test and printed to PDF using another bit of freeware. PDF should make most/many T-Shirt folks happy. If they want Illustrator files, then you've got to use Illustrator or CorelDraw.

I have a copy of Illustrator "from my brother". So that shouldn't be a problem. I have no clue about vector graphics though, but I am a quick learner most of the time and if I can offer higher quality shirts for you guys then that is what I will do.
