This probably is stupid question but how do I charge my iAudio 6 with my apple ibook?
I have no problem using my pc as it starts to charge just fine after I use the 'safely remove hardware' I can moves files to the device with mac no problem but when I eject the device it still shows as 'USB Connected' and doesnt charge. Is there some trick to this in OS X? Any Mac users here? |

The iAudio 6 charges any time it is connected to any USB port. So it is also charging when connected to your iBook :-D

the manual for my external 160GB usb hard drive says that some USB ports aren't 'high powered' or something, and if that's the case the device won't receive enough power to work, and you should connect it to two USB ports to compensate with a special cable... maybe it's something like this?
just a thought, I have no idea |

Uhhhm, you seen the size of your external hard drive? Compare it to the size of the iAudio 6 - believe me - you only need the one USB cable (unless you are sure that your device is not charging).

@exity
yea, but my point is that it seems that some computers don't give their USB ports enough power to run certain devices properly, and maybe there's such a thing as having enough power to connect the i6 but not enough to charge it as well... ? |
