Recording - SKY TV, DVD, VHS, FREEVIEW, TERESTRIAL TV (UK) and GAME CONSOLES sorted!
Hi again people :hi:
If you reside in UK (and europe, including russia) Scart has come to rescue, yet again!! :notworthy I bought Technika 3 Way Scart Switcher (£11.99 Tesco Extra). You might get something cheaper at Maplins or another retail store. It allows connection to TV, VCR, DVD, SAT, GAMES CONSOLES etc :bigthumbs To record sky: Follow simple guide 1) Use above product/ similar product 2) Connect sky tv scart to scart 1 of 2 of tv 3) Plug in scart lead from back of tv into AV3 4) Plug in cables from Cowon using Scart converter and plug this into AV1 5) Click button in: AV3 - AV1 Hey presto: You have tv on Cowon A2 To get picture on back of tv onto cowon a2 i swapped around the sky scart and tv scart around, so it may require some swapping of scarts at back of tv (2 mins at the most). |

yeh it should do the job, ive only tried the Technika 3 Way scart switcher.
Please note that in the small print in the maplin add, it says you need an ac adapter, my switcher hardware has no electricity or batteries in it, its just plug and play - so to speak, laughs. Let me know how u get on. |
