Default Zcover experience

Today I was excited to recieve my zcover in the mail today, opened it up and was not happy. This thing looked like it was stored in the trash or something, it had crap all over the thing, if you are going to sell something wouldnt you make sure your product is clean... Next since im new to a case I had no clue how to put it on and after taking a while I finally learned that you can stretch it and it will not rip, so someone explain why the instructions are jammed inside the case so you dont know how to get it out unless you know the case wont tear? So I then put the x5 in the case and am satisfied for 2 seconds until I plug in the headphones and realize that it seems like the x5 needs to be a tad lower in the case which I cant make it so my headphones easily do the low sound or get disconnected, also the buttons on the side are WAY to sensitive and often times it hits record when in a bag. And finally the screen protector, meh seems like it is to small for the x5 because I hate seeing the strips of white a little bit. oh yea and you need super small fingers or something to turn the thing on and off...

I do like the feel of the case though, feels like a glove in your hand like it wont slip out. And I really love the bowl shape around the joystick, it feels good on my finger tip but kind of hard to navigate...

Overall im very dissatisfied with the zcover, I was so excited to get one and so let down.

I'm not sure what to say beyond sorry that you're disappointed, but you do seem to be in the minority.

As for the sides of the screen protector...if you stretch the zcover properly you should be able to cover the edges quite effectively.

I have an X5 and X5L. I did have problems with the remote on the X5 where I had to jiggle the remote connector to get it to seat properly. On the X5L version, didn't have any problems. As dirty as it gets, I'm satisfied. I'm pretty rugged with my units and and more than satisfied to know that my units are protected. Don't care about how dirty it looks. It's not for show.
