Any way to track your RMA status?
Sent it back almost two weeks ago (the 19th) and haven't gotten any emails or anything. I have my RMA number, is their any way to track when they fix it/ship it off? can i call them?

oh and thanks...i think its more of me not learning how to use the edit key though... WAIT NEVERMIND. It is scheduled to return to me on the 1st of december *thursday=2 days*! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO it says 1 pound (weight)....is that normal?

yeah it's normal, that's about how much mine was when it came back to me. They ship it in whatever you sent it to them in, so, it all depends.
btw, damn man... 1000?!?! nice job!! |

BTW, the weight is just an approximation. Mine was shipped in a different box than what I sent them.

So back to the original point of this thread, how do you find status on your RMA? Do you just wait? According to the USPS, they received my M3 yesterday. How long will it take to hear from them? Thanks! I can't wait to have it back!

well dogskull, they never sent me anything. 6 days after they recieved it, they send it back to me.

Thanks for the replies, guys. Yeah, I tried calling and got through to a human on my second try, which is a record for me. Last time it took more than a dozen calls.
Sadly the report is that they are waiting for a shipment of M3 parts and it could be a few weeks! All I can do is keep calling every few days to see what the status is...  In the meantime I'm stuck using my Palm T|E with PocketTunes and a couple of 256 MB SD cards, my original mp3 player. It works okay, but it's going to be a long wait... |
