Default Bigger X5L problem... not involving the dog.

long story short, my x5l is messed up. i have to push and hold the subpack to get stereo sound(i have it hooked up to my car). i know it's not the subpack(included in the long story).

what do i do?

is there anything i can do to get it to connect right without sending it to the factory?

Call Cowon, discuss the issue and they will give you an RMA number and instructions on how and where to ship the unit back.
