Default Why do i need a U3?

I already have an X5, but these look cool too. I was thinking about buying their lowest capacity player (maybe the 512mb/256mb).

Can someone give me a list of why i should get this IN ADDITION to my X5?

Because it's a flash player.
It would be useful for jogging/running/snowboarding etc.
It looks cool.
Because it's there.

Yeah I thought that when I bought my U2 after just buying an X5. I just couldn't keep my mouse away from that place order button. I don't regret it at all being that I work out a lot. The X5/(any iaudio flash player) combo is awesome because of the X5's USB OTG. I can change the music on my U2 at any time wherever I am without needing a computer.

Exercise and accidents. Impacts kill HDDs. Otherwise, there's no reason.
