Default Alarm Clock Question

Hi, I just bought a 30gig X5L and I can't figure out how to choose what songs it plays for the alarm. I set the mode to Digital AV, but there's no way to choose WHICH Digital AV it uses... any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It plays the song that was playing the last time you turn it off before the alarm goes off. Basically, it's a timed resume function.

I love it, wakes me up every time when I set it to a very high energy song.

That's what I thought... so it looks like I'll have to choose between going to sleep with music, and waking up to music. Drat.

Well if I fall asleep with it playing music, say something calm that will put me to sleep, I wouldn't be able to choose some more energetic music to wake me up in the morning, because I'd be asleep and it would be on that calmer music.

Sorry if my wording is unclear.

I'm still amazed people can actually sleep through the night with their headphones on. Or do you guys have it connected to a stereo system?

For some reason it wouldn't work this morning, I had turned it off displaying the song I wanted it to play in the morning, and it didn't turn on at all... does it have to actually be playing/paused for this to work?

Strange.

Now it makes more sense. The reason that I was confused is because I never listen to music going to sleep.

Yeah, I bought an Altec Lansing iM4 speaker system off of eBay, and I use that to wake me up.

I would like to see the option to set multiple alarms. For instance, I would like to record a friend's radio show which is at 6am-8am, and set my alarm to wake me up at 8:30am. Currently, you can't do something like this, because you can only set a single alarm.
