Anyone else having a problem with battery charge? - Cowown fixed once.

I purchased my Cowon player in July.

After using it for maybe 5 hours it turned off and I could not turn it back on. I recharged it and it did not work. Received a RMA number from Cowan and sent it back. In early August Cowon returned it to me and did not mention what they fixed. I listened to it for about two hours then the batteries went dead. I charged it and then listend to it for an hour and the battery went dead again. Then I did a complete full charge over night, and turned it on, it worked for about 30 seconds then went off. I charged it again, but this time it did not come on.

Has anyone else experinced this problem? Is it the battery or something else?
