Charging/copying trouble

Hello.
I have pretty old D2 with 2.59 on board.
Had some trouble with playing tracks (like some sudden noises and stucking in the middle of the song) but fixed it by formatting and changing the firmware.
Now I've got other kind of troubles: my D2 sometimes just not responding while charging (power bar does not moving and only reset button helps) and the same problem while copying files to memory and to the SD card.
Tried few firmwares - still the same.

Need your help guys

I suppose you have problem with electrical connection. Pins could be dirty a little. Try to clean it with something for connections (e.g. high "voltage" clean ethanol)
