J3 not synching properly with Media Monkey

Hi all,

I have recently got a J3 and am using Media Monkey to transfer music to it. However, after synching my entire music library, approx. 2500 tracks, my J3 only shows approx. 1500 tracks?

I thought this might be due to incompatible formats (i used to be on itunes, so lots of tracks in Apple lossless format. I have selected 'convert to compatible format on the fly' from the MM preferences). However, when I investigated further it seems that random tracks from the same album have not been transferred, so this can't be the case!

Any ideas why this might be happening?

It takes a few hours to synch, so i want to get this sorted before i try again and waste my time!
