Sent my crashing X5 for service the 22th August.

As I checked the tracking# today, three weeks later, iAudiocentral still haven't picked it up at the post office.

What's worse, I tried to call them last week, and the telephone was disconnected. A couple of days later the line was back on, but I only got a recorded message that they won't be answering the phones during the month of September.

A week ago e-mailed iAudio Sweden to inquire about alternative places to send my X5 for warranty service, haven't recived any reply [so far -- It has been only 6 days so I haven't given up the hope]. I really hope they direct me to some other place to send it -- If it takes iAudiocenter over 3 weeks to pick up the mail, how long will it then take to repair the player?!!!

If nobody's gonna repair the damn thing, I'm afraid I'll end up with a 4500SEK piece of worthless junk... Not fun =o(

Anyway, you Swedish people... If you are about to buy a mp3 player I'd steer away from these ppl. At least if you are expecting to get it serviced if needed.

Bummer!

Edited to correct:
The name of the palce is www.iAudiocentral.se, not www.iAudiocenter.se as I wrote in the title

Oh man, I hope that phone thing isn't for the US too. I just called on Friday and got some message about the voice mail.

I doubt that iAudio operates www.iAudiocentral.se. I'm almost sure that www.iaudiocentral.se is a private enterprise, not affiliated with Cowan or iAudio other than selling their stuff.

yes it wouldn't be called iaudiocentral. it would be cowon.se or iaudio.se or something like that.
