i have a problem when i go in browser and folder mode / J3

i erased all the music i had and:
-> all the folders appears as [J3], i can find the images sample in the third folder [J3]

when i still had the music, some folder was named as albums or artists, some images sample was named as songs.

i tried to update db with no result and reset settings too without results.

it's a j3 16gb fw 2.23, i tried klaus browser but problem is still here. it looks like folder were tagged or something like this , i dont understand.

I'd suggest just starting over. Forget about trying to solve the current mystery, as long as you need to re-copy all your music anyway.

Format the J3 completely to zero, using SD Formatter.

Safely remove hardware, disconnect USB cable, re-boot the J3, and the firmware will recreate all of the starting folders it needs.

When the boot process completes and you get your default initial main screen, try your Browser-> Folder - J3 again and see if all is now well. Everything should be empty of course, and there should only be those initial firmware-created folders visible.

Then reconnect the J3 to the PC and re-copy your music files to under the \Music folder on the J3. Safely remove hardware, disconnect the USB cable, and boot the J3.

You should now be back in business.
