Hi,

that won't hurt the x5 having several cables connected to the item, would it?

actually I have the power cord (loading) and the usb cord (trasferring data (rsynching)), seems to work, but I was remembering having read something, that someone should not?

cheers

i guess some got scared to charge twice the system (via charger , and via USB ) but i think it would have been a BIIIG conception error to not have planned such a ching at cowon, the craddle is supposed to be plugged to everything so the most normal way of using it is plug all at once

BUT if you're too scared, the USB HOST can also be used as normal USB with the last firmwares ,and it doesn't support charging as i heard , so that would make conflicts impossible i guess

I did think I've read somewhere in the manual that hooking up your X5 to your computer with the USB and Audio in/out might damage it.

But hooking up the X5 to USB and charger should be just fine (I do it all the time because the usb charge time is so long)

There's something in the manual about not connecting line in/out and usb at the same time or the power will turn off (?). But I think power and usb are fine, just disable usb charging to be sure.
