i9 can't read ID3v2.4

Hi,
I realized that Cowon i9 is not able to read ID3v2.4 tags. I have similar ID3v2.4 files and i9 can't read the tags for these files. Using firmware version v1.14

You can use mp3tag software to check tag versions ;

How can i report this issue to Cowon company, do they have an English forum ?

they know this, I believe J3 is the first one that is compatible with 2.4

Are you sure about it ?
Checking i9 and S9 specifications, says supported.

Ok, i asked one of my friend to check my files on his D2 (not + one). Even D2 is supporting it so there is a bug with i9 firmware. Again ; Is there any English support forum for Cowon products ?

They don't even have an i9 sub-forum, seems like that forum is really inactive.

Anyway, i'll try to report this issue.
