How to get video onto iaudio 7

Can anyone direct me to somewhere that will explain step by step exactly how to get video onto my iaudio 7, or better still tell me how to do it. Cant find anywhere that tells me how to convert files or tranfer them. Would be much appreciated, thanks.

Use the video convert button in Jet Audio to convert the video file.
