Can I use D2 themes in D2+ ?
Just to be sure ( I think already that the answer is no), can I use D2 themes for the D2+ ?

umm... the answer is yes. all you need to do is rename the resource file to d2n_p_rs. if you are using Firmware v2.xx then you'll need to convert the Theme for that Firmware which is very simple. have a look HERE. i have gathered almost everything for the D2 in one single Thread

Thanks for your quick reply.
I already found the page that you linked to and downloaded the themes and skin packs. I assume then that when a theme also has a d2n_bin file, besides the d2n_rs.bin, I have to rename that to d2n_p.bin ? I am using fw 3.11 btw. Last edited by Ton; 01-12-2010 at 14:04.. |

you may have "Hide Extensions for Known File Types" Enabled for Windows or are you maybe looking at the Files through Winirar/7-Zip? Winirar and 7-Zip will show the Extensions regardless. either way though you were correct! just rename to d2n_p_rs
