Default How to rotate Flash Applications on the PC.

I have some problems with programs/applications written in Flash that actually run quite well on my S9. The only problem is that some applications are rotated, so they just take 1/4 of the screen instead of the whole screen. For example: i have a subway application which use your own maps, and not build in, and it shows sideways so i can't see it good. I want to rotate these applications 90 degrees on my pc, and put them on my S9. I have CS4 Flash Professional installed on my computer, but if you know a easier freeware program it also is okay. Could somebody tell me how to rotate the applications?
