Hi guys,
I've got an issue with my D2+ 16gb (on firmware 2.11) regarding a frozen touch screen. I've explored the forums and haven't exactly found too many solutions to my issue. I'm a mac user (I know there's a lot of issues regarding this) and have been using the d2+ for about a month and haven't ran into any problems with the d2+ until now. The last thing I did with the d2+ and my mac was load an album of mp3's and saved a cover art jpg within the music folder. So what happens is I turn on my d2+, and what I noticed right away was the start up loading screen takes a few seconds longer than usual, then the menu interface appears but the whole touchscreen is non-responsive. My volume and menu buttons don't work, neither does the slider power switch. The only way I can switch the player off is via the reset button. I've tried deleting all the music in the music folder and any other files I may have loaded into the d2...with no positive results. Has anyone run into this problem and has had success in fixing it? Any help is much appreciated! The cowon d2+ is hands down the best mp3 player I've had in terms of audio quality...tis a shame it has to be like this. Cheers! |

I just encounter a similar problem this evenging with Mac OSX 10.6.1, in my case the touchscreen became unresponsive when trying to access files. So i've cleared the memory from Settings > Status and all returned normal, except that i've lost all data..
Hope this'll help P.S. Sorry for the english |
