My various problems with my S9

Here are three things that keep happening with my S9:

1. I discovered that if you are in Flash and you wan to Exit a Game you just press the play/pause button. It worked to a certain point, the button now does not work for exiting games, or for playing or pausing music. What I have discovered it does some times is turn up the volume, and take me to the music menu. Does any one know what I can do to fix this? Has anyone experienced this?

2. My head phones start malfuntioning suddenly one day. I could only hear out of one of them. I thought it must the head phones so I switched them, and used the ones my S9 came with. A couple weeks later, same thing happened with those. I'm on my third pair of headphones now, and I hope I do not have to switch them yet again a month from now. Does any one why this keeps happening?

3. This is the least of my problems, but the song info for most songs in my S9 appears as Unknown, even though on my computer all the names are there. This only started happening after the last firmware update to 2.41 Any ideas on this one?

If anyone knows whats wrong with my S9 and how I can fix it please reply.
