The "acclaimed" king of the MP3 players strikes again with a another pointless product...........

iPod Colour 40Gb/60GB

Just discovered this on another website, and why are Apple are being airheads when bringing out their colour version? Why do you want picture compatability when you can't even connect your camera or a suitable device and upload images straight to it!?

Just reading down, you need to go through "another" program which will only enable you to sync the images for upload onto the iPod (silly thinking again!). And why would you want 60GB for images to appear on a tiny screen?

To be honest, the whole of an MP3 player is starting to become a bit out of space for Apple and they've raised the price for this at a whopping $450! Thery could at least bring down their lower models...............Or another money making gizmo that is pointless just to make you look cool....?

I would much rather have the upcoming M5 than that thing. If it had USB OTG or a Compact Flash slot, it would have been worth looking into. Apple clearly markets their products to teenagers wanting to look "Cool".
