Default Media files worsening with modification?

I've been modifying tags, album art, etc., etc., and it's required some transfers from computer to computer and so on and so forth.

I've been modifying tags and album art A LOT, and moving things around A LOT. A mistake even sent some of my files to the Recycle Bin where I had to restore them.

But nothing that actually that changes the audio or video of the file.

So my question is, will modifying tags and moving files around from computer to computer too much ruin the quality at all?
