My A3 wont doesnt load past the logo screen!

I was playing my cowon about a week or so ago and it just crashed for no reason. Its done that a few times before but i just turned it on right after and it was fine. However since then I've tried to turn it on and the only thing that pops up is the Cowon logo. The "initializing system" and all the text at the bottom doesnt even show up. Then after about 3 min or so it just shuts off. I've tried to plug it in after in the computer and it doesnt read. I think maybe the hard drive has crashed.

I have the warranty as well, would it be a good idea to send it in or will they just ask for money?

One last thing, i've tried to look on the website for a number to call but no luck. BTW i bought this on Ebay from the States, will my ebay reciept be enough of proof of purchase?

Too bad u bought this device from EBAY, its not a safe place for those things.. If u can save it by warranty, do it now!!
