Default Interesting use of Multi-Album Art

I ran across this vid on youtube where the guy is using the multi-album art that was introduced a while ago. What's interesting is that instead of just putting several versions of the same art, he tagged the song with pics of the members of the band. I thought it was pretty cool so I thought I would just share it: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cX0ap1eCo0"]YouTube - S9?? ????? ??(mirotic) ??[/ame]

it will let you associate a maximum of 6 images. I tested it out a while back.

You could always put the drummer in the same shot with the bass player.

As for band members, it's the obvious thing and I love it. Does any other player support multi-art? If this became standard I'd love to see purchased songs start coming with 6 images embedded.

Anyone with other ideas for the multi-art please post them. Seems like something worth exploiting creatively.

Yeah, just an idea: you could put the cover for singles albums and EPs for tracks that appear on an LP.

One example: Smashing Pumpkins Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness was a double LP that had several singles (which were then sold together as a box set). If I understand this multi-album art feature right, you could have the LP album cover:

and then for certain singles have that particular singles cover, like this:

Yes, can someone please explain "how to?"

Can you write it in with id3 tag or do you just put the art in the album folder?

Apparently multi-images in WMA files aren't recognized by the S9. At least not those done with MediaMonkey.

Main image: album sleeve
Other images: singles from album

EDIT: Ooops, someone has already said this (I should have read the other posts before jumping in!)
