@Bashinbash - I just tried it out and don't have that problem, sorry don't know what it could be.

I can't translate or even see what the maker has to say, but I can at least give a small description.

Some new features are:
-"Storage" - similar to that of Buuf, Puzzle, and AU, where it allows you to choose what is on the screen.
-No more Application icon.
-Pocket Mode - Which locks the screen, show time and date and music info.
-Allows you to switch to two different themes.
-New Calander, Music info, and clock (digital) icons. A few other new icons and that's pretty much it.
-Also, allows for three different pages in the main menu the same way AU, Buuf, and Puzzle do.

Bugs I found so far:
New EQ icon crashes the S9 for me. I think there may be another swf you need for this or it may just now work?
Also the subway icon will not work unless you have the Subway.swf file in your Flash UI folder as it is not included.

This new UCI is kinda slow. But it does look pretty nice. I'll update this post with more once I've played around with it more.
