Default S9 video converter

I have tried a couple of video converters but none work with the S9. Ive tried different presets for other iaudio players in xvix avi format, and wmv and simply wont play. I have mostly MKV files that I would like to convert.

The latest converter ive been using is called "OJOsoft Total Video Converter".

Does anyone have another converter that they would recommend for the S9?

thanks

I use Xilisoft video converter and works fine. Takes too much time (in my opinion) to convert though.

Send elviselvis a PM with a request to add the S9 to iLove...I did...

Maybe if he gets enough requests he will mod his program or tell us what to change...

I'm going to again plug SUPER. As well as encoding into the avi container with all known high quality codecs (H.264 - one of the few free encoders that can, Xvid, etc.), it also encodes into mov and mkv containers and a large number of other containers and codecs. It even can encode image sequences, avisynth files, and music formats.

If somebody need help, a can consult in converting video by Xvid4PSP, the most powerfull free software for converting video for PMP and other devices. Some time i use it for PSP and my PDA, also for Samsung YP-P2. You can post me question in PM or here

It does, but from my experience, you need to extract the subtitles into a file as the subtitles won't be embedded in the new transcoded file.
