I have no opinion yet... I just got my D2 Tuesday and I'm really curious to know what others are doing, and why.

Without a flash skin, music library, since you can select on genre/year.

I think folder browsing is more flexible. I put not only albums into folders, but also collections of random songs by the same artist or like a playlist, so I don't have to switch categories if I want to find an album again. I also like it because when you organize your music on the computer, what you see is what you get.

Music Libary since it consolidates both internal and external tracks....

I use both: folder browsing, when I want to listen to the discography of a single artist in chronological order (folders are named with year in front) - the music library plays them in alphabetical order.
Library browsing I choose to have an overview over my whole collection both on internal and on SDHC memory. I also like to listen in Shuffle mode all music from a certain genre.

So, what button shall I press?*

Music library, since that's in the minority

Now that I have all my music on the SD card, folder browsing. Removes all of those artists in compilations and also gives me chronological order for my albums!
