vid quality

so i used the jetaudio to convert a movie i had and the movie on the D2 looks and sounds like crap

the video lags and the sound is like a web clip

i used the auto high settings for the conversion

how can i fix this?

Check the bit rate of the video. The higher it is the better it will look and sound.
