back botton doesn't respond

Back button doesn't respond when I'm playing music.
It isn't in the power save mode.
I use firmware ver 1.24P.
Any comment is appreciated.

i don't usually have that problem. sounds like it could be defective.

What do you mean "usually"? Do you have this problem somewhen?
Sometimes it works, for example when I'm in setup mode, I can go to main menu by pressing and holding it but when I'm in music mode and playing music, it stop the playing file and bring the next folder.

EDITED:
I have tried FW ver. 1.23 and 1.15 too, but the problem didn't get solved. I'm going to send it back to support division of reseller in my city.

I went to support division of reseller, the repair man couldn't fix it so he sent it to Cowon Service Center. Due the forcoming holidays it take nearly a week to deliver my A3!
