Help New to D2, player not recongnized as removable storage

I recently picked up a Cowon D2 and I'm having a problem with it. The player is showing up as a portable device and WinXP recognized it as a Cowon D2, so I'm able to add files that way through My Computer in the 'Other' section, but it's not being assigned a drive letter and not showing up as removable storage. In addition, Jetaudio or Jetshell do not recognize that the player is connected.

I searched the forum a bit before posting and couldn't find anyone having this problem. Can anyone help me out with this? It's running Firmware 2.51.

Thanks!

Try changing from the MTP mode to the MSC mode.

Settings > System > USB connections.
