I just purchased an A3 and I'm having trouble playing transferred video files on my PC. I've tried converting the .asf files using jetAudio. The conversion seems to complete without problems, but when I play the converted file (or the original .asf file), jetAudio plays without errors but I get a black/blank window. The files play fine on the A3, just not on my PC. Any suggestions?

does the same to me. It appears my computer THINKS it has the right codec and is playing it correctly, but it's not. What I do is convert the movies with SUPER (available free) to divx. Word of warning, it can take a lot of resources to convert these asf recordings, and even more time.
Other options are downloading all-in-one video codec packages and install one of those on your system, that might work. You can play the video in SUPER without converting it as well.

Thanks. I thought it might be a codec issue. Using SUPER fixed the problem.
