Default ok,,,dumb question

Can the d2 or any cowon play apple store downloads? Before I was savy, still not, but more so now, I purchased a few albums off of itunes rather than drm free music. If not cowon, then any other than ipod? How about conversion experiences from apple itunes proprietary file to drm free formats?

thank you,
from the hick in the sticks

I am 99% sure that you have to convert to drm free formats then it will work with Cowon no problem. Reason being is that apple locks competitors out from their iTune store (so you can only use iPods product with iTunes). But those drm converters are available free on the net and shouldn't take you too long to remove the protection.
