Hllo,
So... I have a problem with my iAudio... It started some time ago when the iAudio just got stuck all of a sudden (And it was really stuck... Nothing worekd.. Including the on off button), with that sand clock symbol on it (while i was changing a song). Then after some days it got stuck again... The thing is i didn't know about the reset button so i let the battery go out (no other button worked). Now the damn thing doesn't start and i can't recharge it at all. Anyone has any ideas? And i must add that i didn't drop it and can't think of anything bad that happened to it... Just wierd... plus... Can any one give me the contacts to the cowon service center in europe? I bought my iAudio in Israel and i'm living in Finland now and i just can't find any way to contact cowon. |

Have you tried a mixture of hitting the reset button and letting it charge for a day or so?

Try plugging the X5 into the AC adapter, press and hold the reset button for a few seconds and charge the player for 24 hours. If it comes to life, reformat the hard drive using JetShell. elaod music and re-test for proper operation.
