What do you see using explorer when you click on the D2 icon?

If you see folders named; SYSTEM, VIDEO, PICTURES, MUSIC etc...

That is the ROOT. Just copy the contents of folder 0 there and then disconnect it and turn it on and then continue with folders 1 and 2.

Sounds like you might have bricked your D2, unless it is a USB Problem.

What was the last thing you did?

Have you tried shutting your computer off, unplug it from the wall plug and wait for about 3 minutes and then turn it back on.

Have you tried plugging it into another computer.

Sorry for the obvious suggestions, but you never know.

You might need to need to run Tcctool post number 2. I would if my D2 was not recognized by my computer when I plugged it in.

Post number 5 is in French, if English is not a comfortable language for you.

You tried Tcctool and that did not let you change the firmware?

Another 4 obvious checks before trying TccTool... Is your D2 set to MSC mode? try different usb port, try different usb cable, try the combo of both.

Going to have to ask you to take a breather doc, I know this will be frustrating and all but we need to get clear, coherent and consistent info from you to help you
