Hi

i was wondering the same. I don't use Flash but when I tried it it wouldn't show up. Maybe this is an issue with the new firmware?

Hi Flam,

I think, the Flash Player is pre-installed on the device (look at cowons website) and is not included in the firmware!! If you have formatted your device, and you have now the same issue, it would be clear...

Can someone post the Flash-Player Plugin (i think it's an .exe file...)

Thanks!

P.S.: It's not the Firmware, i installed 1.42, 1.43 and 1.44. Always missing the Flash-Player Application. Damn Cowon! Where can I download this Plugin????

are you guys installing the software too? Install the apps sw, that's where the flash player is. The fw has nothing to do with it.

To check if flash has been installed, go to windows explorer. Path Hard disk\program files
you should see the flash player directory there.

I have also found this problem after a format. As far as I know the Flash Player is included in the Apps folder but for me it just didn't work..

I wouldn't be very happy, Flash 9 coming this month for Archos 605 users.

And we using Flash 7 on a brick of 650€ that can't play fine YouTube

I hope for the Q5W too...flash version 7 is not that great today. I think, Cowon will upgrade the falsh player soon, at minimum. We paid a lot of money for this device...
