Default Upgrading to 3.xx questions

I am looking at upgrading to the final version of 3.53 from the Korean website, but have a few questions first.

1-will it set my player's language to Korean? If so, how do I change it back to English?
2-I obviously can't follow the Korean installation instructions on the website-does it install in the same way as the English language releases?
3-I assume the dictionary is in Korean and therefore not much use to me. Is there any way of wiping it from the menu?
4-If it all goes wrong can I go back to 2.xx firmwares, or is it a case of "once you go to 3, you are stuck with 3"?
5-Aside from the usual firmware bugs, will going to 3.xx cause any problems or conflicts with the player? Is anything inbuilt to the European players to prevent downloads of Korean firmwares?

Thank you!

1. You get the choice as to which language you want to set it to

2. Yes, it's the same (Follow the pictures)

3. The dictionary is not installed by default, it's optional and can be downloaded separately, it is a korean dictionary and an English dictionary.

4. You can go back if you want, no problem.

5. No, the Korean FW will not do any damage to the D2.

Cheers-just backing my music up. One last question, I heard that this will lose me MTP support. Is this what allows you to autosync with Windows Media Player? If so, I am happy enough to lose it, but if it affects the drag and drop function then I am out!

yeah, mtp is a windows only thing, so you will lose WMP support, but drag and drop via UMS will remain intact.

Well the MTP is to autosync with WMP but you will not lose the drag and drop function. All of it works .

Everything seems fine at the moment-it all turns on and everything. One minor thing-it says "access to dictionary file failed" when I try to go into the dictionary-it isnt major as I cant see myself ever using it, but any idea why?

http://dn.cowon.com/download/d2_dic/PowerDic_Lite.zip dictionary. Unzip and drop in the d2 Root (main folder where music, video flash etc can be seen)
