No they are a copyrighted board game and since mattel wants to sell the board game version of it they would never put a free flash version of it online. So it would have to be an illegal version of it (which couldn't find much hosting) or some crappy knock-off.

They have a Nintendo DS version of UNO though. It wouldn't be bad if it would only allow single cart multiplayer and the shouting of "UNO" through the microphone. Major omission.
