Car charger problem

My wife bought me a car charger from Jetmall. It's nice to be able to charge the Cowon in the car, but it makes a very annoying buzzing sound in mt car speakers when I try to charge it. I have it hooked into my car stereo through an AUX port (it's actually an iPlug port, but it's basically just line in).

If I plug anything else into the cigarette lighter, I do not get buzzing.

My coworker also has an A2 and I gave the adapter to him, and he also gets a buzzing noise in his speakers. Has anyone else seen this?
