Default some proplem with iaudio 6

at first i want to say that i'm sorry with my english, because it is not so good.

the day before yesterday i get some trubble with my iaudio 6.
i wanted to hear musik and than i got a shock. all ordners say "no file", only in the "system" ordner are files(by using usb conection). I don't know where the proplem is, but i know that there have to be 600music files and there are non.
My iaudio 6 shows me that on the hdd , 600mb be free > 3,4 gb can't be free. If i transfer some files onto the iaudio 6, the hdd memory changes the free disk memory for example up to 900mb.

I need fast assistance. I am grateful for each advice

Yours sincerely
oliver

Try to reformat the HDD and if that doesn't work, reinstall the firmware. What firmware are you using by the way?

I've had similar problems when I installed the firmware unproperly. You must install it, then connect it to computer straight away and then format the hard drive (I guess it was FAT32) and then it should work properly.
