Does D2 got USB HOST? And how does it work if it got?

It hasn't got USB HOST. And there is almost no chance it will be implemented.

I believe it's strictly driven by hardware, which is why the A3 and the X5 had different compability with devices as the USB OTG chip was different for both units. So yeah, actually there's no chance.
