if i push in the remote all the way, the sound in the left ear cuts out...
it doesn't seem to be a huge problem, since if i just push at the 1/8th part of remote instead of the weird flat part... it player clearly... i was wondering if i should return the remote... or mabe just wait to see if it breaks permenantly.... i think it is because the input of the remote isn't flat... the flat part made for the remote can go deeper than the 1/8th.... so when i push the flat part all the way in, it levers the 1/8th out a little bit... are all remotes like this? |

Nothing like that here... I have the remote plugged to the player firmly, sound works (great) on both sides. Tried being a little rough with the connection, and still no problem.
Give JetAudio a call (assuming that's where you ordered from). |

no my remote is just fine but sometimes it could be that your headphone jack is a bit loose or something, or your headphone input is slightly too long or something!
Talk to Cowon/JetAudio about getting a replacement remote.
