Samsung K5 music player

This unit dosent really compare to the A2 at all but I tho I could share the news, it's got a pretty big slide out built in speaker and an oled screen so u dont need buttons or stick, it comes with up to 4gb and it is finally for sale here in the U.S.

I see it more as a toy than an actual music device. The design and idea is cool though.

He he 8.3 based on 1 rating by one user..... anyhow, i personally think it looks cheap, and touchscreen stuff like that has a rumour of not working that great. I would compare it to the olympus m:robe 100 crossbred with the Lg chocolate phone. All of them look good, but work poorly.

But i would love to try one out. just for fun.

save this in dixsons. Woops i mean Currys Digital. It is soo small and the people that say it is thick for a flash player are wrong. £190 fot the 4GB version out now in the UK. Seems pricey. Same price as the iaudio 6 though. However i love the interface. Samsung should do more with it.

But serisously..... companies that do BADDDD (shitty) advertizing like this, shouldnt be allowed in the high end of the market (which they wont reach i think). Oh man, its the crappiest commercial ive ever seen.:

yeah i saw this player some days back. i like the design. i don't take most of the things from cnet seriously. they are biased most of the time.

And currys!!oh my. they wouldnt let me open the Sennheiser HD205 in fronto of them to see if it worked with my player(cos is saw this 6.5 mm jack at the back) and when i returned it later, they were coming up with all these excuses of why i didnt open it in front of them... wierd!! they took it bak eventually tho, and i exchanged for my MX90 VC! <happy>

Dixsons is soo over priced. Its crazy. Worst place for games consoles and pmps.

Anyway i like the samsung K5. Might even get it if the price drops down. That is a BIG IF as i have been waiting for a price drop for the iaudio 6 but nothing has happened as of today. I think the addition of a large speaker added a small amount to the price . How much does it cost to put speakers on mp3 players?
