Default DVD to A2??

know it must have been asked a million times round these parts but strangely enough i cant find the answer!

all i want to do is chuck a dvd into my computer and get it onto my A2? do i need to download something? someone mentioned jetaudio can do it but i had no luck.

please advise!!

well everyone's talking around the same kind of topics but keep getting different answers.

dvd into drive, film onto A2. Is there actually an answer?!

CD into drive, music onto A2 seems to be easy enough!!

i'm guessing there's some software that will rip it to a file ready for you to drag into your A2?! anyone else find it surpsrising that it's not included with the A2??

if it helps i've got a programme that will rip DVDs onto my computer as VIDEO_TS files.

As technically in many areas creating an AVI or such of your DVD is _illegal_, it's not at all surprising that Cowon doesn't include software to do such.

Check into the thread I posted earlier on ripping Independence Day for a good link. Or, since you seem to be able to rip the DVD properly already, look into Fair Use Wizard (easy), AutoGK (medium) or Gordian Knot (hard).

you could at least do a google search....go here: www.doom9.org
it has all the info you need to get a "DVD to A2"!
