There are not a lot of options for accessories for the J3. You can get a case, screen protector, a tv out cable and a microSD card. You should be able to find most of what you need on Amazon.com or exportprive.com.

Amazon will get it there much faster, but export prive has a wider selection of Ringke cases. If you want a leather case, most of those made for the J3 seem to be a bit meh, with the Noreve being the one that many people like. But the Noreve will set you back $50+shipping. Other than cases, might as well stick with amazon.

in my honest opinion, the fastest UI is the stock one. all UCIs are laggy and crappy.
