I've been trying to contact the UK repair centre to arrange to fix the broken USB socket on my S9, but the email address (repairs@cowonuk.com) keeps bouncing, giving an error message:
Code:
DNS Error: DNS server returned general failure |

Try getting in touch with advancedmp3players. They are one of Cowon's authorised distributors in the UK and have engineers who visit Cowon for training. Being an S9 I'm guessing it's outside warranty and you were expecting to pay a repair cost anyway.
If possible, please report back with an outcome so other people in the same situation know how it went. |

The Cowon UK Repair Centre is the name of the amp3 repair team - it's got a page on their website and it's the amp3 engineers who have been to korea.
