Default found an easy way for tagging and adding album art

I tried several methods. Tried mediamonkey software ,but found it to be cumbersome. So for months I was using the so called method of renaming each .jpg file to "cover" ,paste the same in the corresponding song folder. But the same is time consuming ,but it works for both cowon X7 and Z2.Since I own an ipod classic ,which use exclusively on my car, managing all 3 players became a huge task for me.Recently I came across a fine piece of software called, audials One 9,it made my life simple ,no need to rename or browse for album art,it does everything automatically.

So to do it manually you just rename a .jpg to "cover" and copy it into the folder?

I use foobar, Mp3tag is more complete, but I prefer foobar. That if the first edit on the pc.

Yes,as simple as that. But it becomes laborious if you have many songs to manage.

I tried naming the art cover.jpg and copying it into the album folder but it doesn't show in the music app. Is there another way to do it?

I usually add album art to my flac files' ID3 tag so the album artwork does not appear in the pictures app.

You could also name the artwork "folder.jpg"

my sister ask me how to get the 1000 flac files in order on the Z2 with the crappy stock player and avoid the unknown artist problem and wrong cover art.
she like me, can't handle the annoying hiissss noise with other players like poweramp etc

well i found an hard way to get all FLAC files on Z2 with Cover, album and artist tags in order,
if any want, just let me know
