Which Preset when using Handbake?

Hi Everyone,

Just got the fantastic Cowon J3 and after playing around with the audio I am going to try to start putting video onto it from my own personal DVD collection.

I have read lot's of threads and a programme called HANDBRAKE would appear to be one of the favorites.

Took a look at it over the weekend and was surprised to see that it appears to be amed mainly at MAC and Ipod.

However, lot's of members seem to use it so just wondered which preset they use, ie - IPOD, IPHONE, REGULAR, ANDROID HIGH ?
