Broken USB Socket - Cowon UK Repair Centre

I bought an 8GB S9 Titanium in march 2011. Recently the USB socket has broken, so that you can only get an intermittent connection by wiggling the cable in the socket. As the 1 year warranty that came with the player has now run out, I'm planning to return it to the "Cowon UK Repair Centre" here.

Has anyone here used them before? How reliable are they? What would be a rough estimate for a repair price?
