Default JetAudio - how to rip a CD to mp3?

It's probably right in front of my eyes, but I just can't see it in the 'Output Format' drop down menu. I just converted an album to WAV and each file is about 30 meg...no thanks!!!

Also, are there any differences between jetaudio and jetshell, apart from the fact jetaudio is a player? Both can rip CD's etc right?

Any help would be appreciated
