zCover voluntary replacement for the case with reversed labels for Rec

I got the email from zCover. Mine blue zCover is perfect and the labels never bother me at all.

However, I appreciate zCover's business ethics!

"We are writing to let you know that zCover Inc. is initiating a voluntary replacement of zCover echo silicone cases designed for COWON iAudio X5/X5L. The zCover echo cases involved have the reversed labels for Rec/AB and Play button.
This voluntary replacement applies to zCover echo cases which had been shipped out from zCover online store before Sept. 2nd 2005. This replacement shipping will start from Sept 19th, 2005. All the zCover echo cases shipped on Sept 2nd or hereafter have right labels for Rec/AB and Play button.
Upon receiving the replacement product, please return zCover echo case with reversed labels to us; please do NOT return screen protector, belt clip, pouch and users manual.
Here is the return procedure:
1. please cut off the revered labels portion of echo case with scissors,
2. please ONLY return the revered labels portion to the address below:

3. Please put the RMA number 200508150902 on the outside of the package for our identification.
4. Please clearly mark both sides of the package “CANADIAN GOODS FOR RETURN with RMA”. In terms of value claim if needed, value claim should be “Zero”
